Major Canadian Lottery Corp Partners With IGT

WCLC agrees partnership with IGTThe Western Canada Lottery Corporation (WCLC) has concluded a major deal with online casino and gaming services provider IGT. According to the provisions of the deal, IGT will be responsible for the supply and installation of no fewer than 700 new CrystalDual 27 Video Lottery Terminals. The deadline for the installation of the units is March 2019. The agreement follows IGT having tendered for the privilege of entering into a business agreement with the WCLC.

IGT is excited about the deal as well as the technology involved in the CrystalDual 27 VLT’s. The company has described the VLT’s as a standout in the Canadian market, with each VLT two high definition displays offering impeccable visuals and graphic capabilities. The VLT’s are also equipped with state of the art audio hardware as well as a charging port for mobile devices, ensuring the ultimate player experience.

IGT A Loyal Partner To The WCLC

Western Canada Lottery Corporation Vice President of VLT gaming and operations, Eric Karmark, was eager to comment on the supplier agreement with IGT. Karmark said that IGT had been a loyal partner of the WCLC for more than 20 years, and that the corporation was pleased with the fact that IGT had been successful in its bid to deliver the service. He described IGT’s game content and video lottery terminals as being the best in the business, and said that he was pleased that the upgrades to the Saskatchewan VLT network was in capable hands.

IGT’s Chief Commercial Offer, Nick Khin, said that the company was elated at having been granted the opportunity to partner with the WCLC once more and that he was confident that the versatility of the VLT technology would place the WCLC in the fortunate position of being able to offer content that wasn’t only exceptional in its own right, but also designed in such a way that it was regionally attuned, to its valuable customers.

Khin added that the project was the culmination of years’ worth of experience in the industry, and that IGT was in a position to provide top-class hardware and software solutions to the WCLC that would enable the corporation to really add value to its network of VLT’s.

A World-Class Solution

According to the terms of the agreement, IGT will provide 700 custom-designed VLT’s to the WCLC, each kitted out with an 8-game content bundle, hand-selected to appeal to the specific needs of the WCLC and its customers.
